Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-sale account management for new and existing growth accounts
  • Deliver turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap
  • Build media strategies that support client objectives and campaign goals
  • Manage all post-sale campaign elements including production, launch, and reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and delivery to ensure revenue goals are met
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upsell
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Client Partnerships, Ad Operations, and Brand Journalism

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of client-facing digital campaign management experience
  • Experience in planning and execution of digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to use analytics to make data-driven optimization recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior professional experience in account management, media planning, digital marketing, or ad operations
  • Experience in business development or customer support
