Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Plan strategically and execute quickly on managing accounts to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective account strategies and seize new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Arabic speaking is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Native Arabic speakers with impeccable English language skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experienced in thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
