Job description
Responsibilities
- Own a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners in the UAE, driving commercial performance, retention and growth.
- Develop and execute tailored, data-driven business strategies to maximise partner sales, profitability and customer experience.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance deep-dives with partners, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analyse campaign performance, pricing and promotional ROI using Excel and analytics tools to optimise outcomes.
- Negotiate and manage partner-funded and co-marketing campaigns to drive incremental order volume.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, marketing) to remove barriers and deliver partner success.
- Proactively identify category expansion and new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Requirements

- F&B or e-commerce experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Data analysis experience
- Contract negotiation

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with restaurant partners or in food delivery ecosystems
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker) and SQL fundamentals
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
