Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners in the UAE, driving commercial performance, retention and growth.
  • Develop and execute tailored, data-driven business strategies to maximise partner sales, profitability and customer experience.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance deep-dives with partners, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse campaign performance, pricing and promotional ROI using Excel and analytics tools to optimise outcomes.
  • Negotiate and manage partner-funded and co-marketing campaigns to drive incremental order volume.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, product, marketing) to remove barriers and deliver partner success.
  • Proactively identify category expansion and new business opportunities within your portfolio.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with restaurant partners or in food delivery ecosystems
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Looker) and SQL fundamentals
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
