Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients across private and public sectors
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and product expert, advising senior executives, CEOs and board members
  • Manage contract renewals, drive customer retention and monitor renewal KPIs
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet targets
  • Support customers in adoption and best use of DiliTrust solutions and monitor product usage metrics
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Development and Marketing to resolve customer needs

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in account management or customer success
  • Bilingual French and English (fluent spoken and written)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience managing enterprise or multinational accounts and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive renewals, upsells and manage contract processes
  • Solid project management skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Customer-oriented, versatile and a collaborative team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or enterprise software environments
  • Background working with C-level executives and boards
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management or governance solutions
  • Experience working in multicultural and international teams
