Job description

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage leads
  • Convert leads to traded clients
  • Assist clients with funding
  • Assist clients with their trade related queries
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Assist colleagues on a team basis as needed
  • Adhere to compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments, especially operations and support
  • Suggest innovations and improvements to customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Exceptional customer service & sales skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (including negotiation)
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Proficient numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team
  • Desire and passion for continuous learning, improvement, and innovation
  • Ability to live the Pepperstone values

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or similar
  • Experience with trading or learning trading strategies
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Trading View software
