Job description

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage leads
  • Convert leads to traded clients
  • Assist clients with funding
  • Assist clients with trade related queries
  • Manage relationships with existing clients
  • Support team members as needed
  • Adhere to compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments, especially operations and support
  • Suggest and implement improvements to customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including negotiation
  • Understanding of financial markets
  • Strong numerical ability; comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills quickly
  • Team player
  • Desire for continuous learning and improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or similar
  • Experience with trading or trading strategies
  • Familiarity with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and Trading View software
