Account Manager, Francophone Africa

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial, product, and operational performance of strategic money movement partners in North and West Africa
• Develop and own a tiered partner strategy and annual plan for the region
• Negotiate renewals, amendments, and economics to expand product footprint
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop action plans for improvement
• Cultivate relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations
• Serve as the point of contact for complex partner escalations
• Coordinate the onboarding of new partners with internal Treasury and operations teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic partnerships experience in the Remittance or Payments space
• Fluency in French is required
• Robust understanding of consumer payments and cross-border money movements
• Deep knowledge of the West and North Africa remittance landscape
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally
• Ability to travel frequently
