Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute account plans to maximise life-time value of clients
  • Partner with International Development Director and clients to implement and deliver products and services, in line with contracted terms and service level expectations and agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Technology, to deliver for clients
  • Act as a trusted advisor to align client learning needs with FutureLearn solutions
  • Work with Business Development Managers to identify and realise growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts across corporate and government sectors
  • Understand account needs and develop customised learning solutions
  • Gather data on client learning needs to inform product strategy
  • Ensure access to content that meets client needs, working with the Product Team
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and operations for enterprise initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to leadership
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management, preferably in e-learning or L&D
  • Experience and understanding of the MEA region
  • Strong knowledge of the L&D and/or EdTech market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Data fluency for business and client insights
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset; proven sales record
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and as a team player
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
