Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute account plans to maximise life-time value of clients
- Partner with International Development Director and clients to implement and deliver products and services, in line with contracted terms and service level expectations and agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing and Technology, to deliver for clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to align client learning needs with FutureLearn solutions
- Work with Business Development Managers to identify and realise growth opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts across corporate and government sectors
- Understand account needs and develop customised learning solutions
- Gather data on client learning needs to inform product strategy
- Ensure access to content that meets client needs, working with the Product Team
- Collaborate across marketing, product, and operations for enterprise initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to leadership
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and account management, preferably in e-learning or L&D
- Experience and understanding of the MEA region
- Strong knowledge of the L&D and/or EdTech market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data fluency for business and client insights
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Results-oriented mindset; proven sales record
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work both autonomously and as a team player
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Flexibility to travel as needed
