Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop existing and new accounts into mutually beneficial partnerships by aligning products with business goals
  • Analyze performance data and statistics to provide actionable insights to optimize client ROI
  • Lead the payments-focused onboarding process for newly signed clients
  • Partner with Product, Integrations, Analytics, and Support teams to ensure flawless technical setups
  • Manage commercial and operational issues promptly to prevent service friction
  • Present new product upgrades and functionality to clients
  • Translate client needs into structured feedback for development teams
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling new features

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a customer-facing or account management role
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • B2 English level with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM/BI tools and project management software like Jira or Confluence
  • Ability to work with autonomy and prioritize competing tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic technical understanding of web services and the SDLC
  • Experience with Figma or Miro
  • Prior experience specifically within iGaming payments or fintech
