Account Manager - Grocery

Deliveroo is hiring an Account Manager for Grocery to support partner relationships and growth across the UAE. This is a hybrid role based in Dubai working with grocery partners to improve operations, drive commercial outcomes and expand coverage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s key grocery partners
• Own relationships with grocery industry stakeholders across the UAE
• Improve and maintain in-store operational metrics
• Analyse partner and platform data to drive growth and profitability
• Work cross-functionally to launch and scale new initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives with portfolio partners
• Negotiate commercial rates and agreements with partners
• Use insights to expand grocery coverage across the UAE

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years FMCG experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-organised team player
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Agile and adaptable to fast-paced environments
• Negotiation and commercial acumen
