Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive joint business planning with top-tier and local restaurant partners to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term partner relationships as the primary point of contact; provide exceptional support and resolve operational issues.
  • Renegotiate commission rates, manage contracts, and drive advertising and promotional campaigns to boost order volume and partner visibility.
  • Use account performance data to make recommendations, run business reviews, and maintain accurate sales and performance reports.
  • Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues to keep partners live and optimized on the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excel proficiency
  • Abu Dhabi residency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in food delivery or e-commerce marketplaces
  • CRM familiarity
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
