Account Manager (IT Recruitment Services)

Zone IT Solutions is seeking a proactive Account Manager to deliver IT recruitment and resourcing services to clients. This hybrid role (Dubai-based) involves managing client relationships, sourcing technical talent, and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process to meet client requirements and business KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs
• Source, screen and select candidates across multiple channels
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiation and hiring logistics
• Provide regular status updates and recruitment reports to clients
• Advise clients on market trends, industry developments and recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and account teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Experience in account management or IT recruitment
• Proven success meeting recruitment targets and KPIs
• Strong sourcing strategies and candidate assessment skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented in fast-paced environments
