Job description
Responsibilities
- Own the full commercial customer lifecycle including new business, renewals, and account growth
- Manage and close inbound opportunities independently from first contact to signed agreement
- Proactively identify and reach out to likely-fit prospects to supplement inbound volume
- Manage existing customer accounts through regular check-ins and identifying upsell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with technical buyers in developer, DevOps, and IT infrastructure teams
- Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM
- Follow up on leads from channel partners, resellers, and technology ecosystem partners
- Provide field feedback to marketing and product teams regarding customer insights
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience
- Proven track record managing full customer lifecycle (new business, renewals, expansion)
- Experience selling to technical buyers (developers, DevOps, or IT infrastructure)
- Ability to independently close inbound and self-sourced opportunities
- Technical credibility with infrastructure or engineering audiences
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive or Zoho
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Startup mindset suitable for lean, fast-paced environments
- European residence required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data infrastructure, caching, or developer tooling
- Experience with channel partners, resellers, or the Microsoft partner network
- Proven track record of identifying and closing expansion revenue
