Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial customer lifecycle including new business, renewals, and account growth
  • Manage and close inbound opportunities independently from first contact to signed agreement
  • Proactively identify and reach out to likely-fit prospects to supplement inbound volume
  • Manage existing customer accounts through regular check-ins and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with technical buyers in developer, DevOps, and IT infrastructure teams
  • Coordinate with product, support, and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in the CRM
  • Follow up on leads from channel partners, resellers, and technology ecosystem partners
  • Provide field feedback to marketing and product teams regarding customer insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS commercial experience
  • Proven track record managing full customer lifecycle (new business, renewals, expansion)
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (developers, DevOps, or IT infrastructure)
  • Ability to independently close inbound and self-sourced opportunities
  • Technical credibility with infrastructure or engineering audiences
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Pipedrive or Zoho
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Startup mindset suitable for lean, fast-paced environments
  • European residence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data infrastructure, caching, or developer tooling
  • Experience with channel partners, resellers, or the Microsoft partner network
  • Proven track record of identifying and closing expansion revenue
