Job description

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in private and public sectors
  • Work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships
  • Act as a product expert, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
  • Act as a consultant on the product, supporting clients in using solutions
  • Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent Arabic and English
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments
  • Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
  • Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a team player
