Job description
Responsibilities
- Engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid-sized companies in private and public sectors
- Work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships
- Act as a product expert, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
- Act as a consultant on the product, supporting clients in using solutions
- Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments
- Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
- Versatile, autonomous, assertive, customer-oriented, and a team player
