Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of client accounts
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and needs
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to close them
  • Resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams where required
  • Prepare and present account performance reports and insights
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to secure long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate account records in the CRM system

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret account data and identify trends
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a remote environment
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
