Account Manager - Restaurants

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants, including high sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands
• Oversee relationships with key restaurant industry partners
• Analyse data to achieve growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo
• Work cross-functionally with other departments (Marketing, Operations) to drive new projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry
• Strong data skills with the ability to utilize data for insights
• Excellent organisational skills and team-player attitude
• Passion for people and relationship management
• Ability to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Fluency in both English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry
• Experience working with metrics such as AOV or GMV
• Advanced Excel and dashboard experience
