Account Manager - Restaurants

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's priority restaurant partners across the UAE, including high-volume accounts and global brands
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with restaurant stakeholders
• Analyse partner and platform data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations and action plans to partners
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to launch initiatives and projects that drive partner performance
• Track performance metrics and ensure delivery against commercial targets

Requirements

• 3-5 years
• Data analysis
• Organisational skills
• Team player
• Restaurant knowledge
• Fluent English
• Fluent Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large or multi-site restaurant brands
• Comfortable using analytics tools and SQL/Excel for performance insight
• Proven track record in account growth and commercial negotiation
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech or food delivery environments
