Account Manager Restaurants

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-growth restaurant partners in Dubai and drive partner success
• Own and develop strong relationships with key restaurant stakeholders
• Use data-driven insight to identify growth opportunities and improve partner profitability
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and other cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives and campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and present recommendations to partners
• Act as a consultant to partners, providing industry best-practice guidance and operational support

Requirements

• Arabic fluency

• 3+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous account management or commercial experience in F&B or hospitality
• Experience working with marketplace or delivery platforms
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience running promotional or marketing initiatives for restaurant partners
