Account Manager - Retail

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top Retail and Non-food partners, becoming the expert in this space as Deliveroo scales.
• Drive partner performance by owning your portfolio’s business growth through proactive reporting, regular meetings and reviews, analysis, and improvement projects.
• Manage marketing and promotional planning for Retail/Non-Food partners as they scale on the platform.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing attractive value proposition for customers, including selection, promotions, pricing, and service levels.
• Work closely with compliance, legal, and operations teams to ensure best practices.
• Oversee execution of site roll-outs and map coverage for partner expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo within your partner organizations and ensure engagement from internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in account management, business development/new business, or a commercial role.
• Experience in the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry.
• Strong negotiation skills to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Excellent relationship building, organizational, and communication skills (face-to-face, video, phone, email).
• Confident with data analysis and performance improvement recommendations for Retail partners.
• Ability to create and test strategies to fuel joint business growth with partners.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working with all levels of Deliveroo.
