Responsibilities

  • Own and grow revenue for a portfolio of assigned accounts, with full accountability for pipeline creation and closed-won results
  • Execute proactive outbound sales motions including calls, emails, and social touches to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Lead high-impact discovery and consultative sales conversations focused on customer pain points and ROI
  • Drive deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
  • Consistently build, manage, and forecast pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to align messaging and customer strategies

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success in outbound selling
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
  • Experience with sales productivity and forecasting tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or Groove
  • Strong discovery and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly organized and data-driven with an analytical mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
