Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue for a portfolio of assigned accounts, with full accountability for pipeline creation and closed-won results
- Execute proactive outbound sales motions including calls, emails, and social touches to uncover expansion opportunities
- Lead high-impact discovery and consultative sales conversations focused on customer pain points and ROI
- Drive deals through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Consistently build, manage, and forecast pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to align messaging and customer strategies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with demonstrated success in outbound selling
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting
- Experience with sales productivity and forecasting tools such as Salesforce, Clari, or Groove
- Strong discovery and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Highly organized and data-driven with an analytical mindset
- Bachelor's degree preferred
