Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key merchants and partners within the Shops vertical (based in Dubai, UAE).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant partners and maintain regular alignment and support.
  • Monitor merchant performance using data, dashboards and Excel; create action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Identify upsell opportunities including marketing collaborations and product adoption.
  • Troubleshoot operational and commercial issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure contractual and SLA compliance; track deliverables and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, growth opportunities and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with dashboards, analytics tools and commercial reporting
  • Experience with upsells, marketing partnerships and contractual SLAs
