Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key merchants and partners within the Shops vertical (based in Dubai, UAE).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant partners and maintain regular alignment and support.
- Monitor merchant performance using data, dashboards and Excel; create action plans to improve KPIs.
- Identify upsell opportunities including marketing collaborations and product adoption.
- Troubleshoot operational and commercial issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Ensure contractual and SLA compliance; track deliverables and outcomes.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to discuss performance, growth opportunities and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in account management, partner success, or business development

- Familiarity with dashboards, analytics tools and commercial reporting
- Experience with upsells, marketing partnerships and contractual SLAs
