Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a book of business through excellent customer service and proactive renewal processes
• Negotiate with underwriters and collaborate with internal teams
• Handle day-to-day servicing including certificates, auto ID cards, endorsements, policy checking, and billing
• Address client deficiencies and anticipate needs with quick turnaround times
• Advise clients on insurance coverage and uncovered exposures
• Maintain professional communication with clients and carriers through meetings and written correspondence
• Adhere to internal timelines, protocols, and workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active P&C License
• 3+ years of P&C experience
• Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC
• Proficiency with computer technology in a fast-paced environment
