Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors in a hands-on sales and operational capacity
  • Manage client onboarding after sales close, ensuring all required documents are completed
  • Answer client questions efficiently to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Refine and execute client retention strategies, presenting new ideas and tracking results
  • Drive renewals and upsells to grow accounts

Requirements

  • Experience managing client onboarding and takeover from sales teams
  • Proven track record as a primary client point of contact in a retention-focused role
  • Ability to develop and deploy client retention strategies with measurable outcomes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional coordination
