About the Company
Vetcove is modernizing the animal health industry by providing veterinary organizations with tools to focus more on patient care. Backed by Y Combinator, the company offers a suite of platforms including a procurement marketplace, ecommerce experience, and practice management system used by over 25,000 hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
- Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and manage action items for key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product initiatives to clients
- Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests
- Analyze account performance and deliver optimization presentations to stakeholders
- Work with product and engineering on client feedback loops and bug identification
- Partner with onboarding and implementation teams to onboard new clinics
- Nurture corporate relationships to drive loyalty and trust in the platform
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights
- Experience presenting data analyses and partner business reviews
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel for client-facing events
