Accountant (Settlements with suppliers) - Ukrainian/Russian (Dubai, UAE)

Responsibilities

• Check and post accounting documents: receipts of goods and services, supplier returns, expenses
• Ensure correct recording of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts and post required adjustments
• Perform reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits
• Support other accounting tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience focused on supplier settlements
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software (1C, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Languages: Russian, Ukrainian, English (intermediate or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with supplier contract workflows
• Prior experience in an international or UAE-based company
• Knowledge of audit procedures and tax filing processes in the UAE
• Accounting certification (CPA/ACCA or local equivalent) is a plus
