Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate vendor master data and manage the full vendor onboarding process
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations and procure-to-pay workflows
• Prepare and process payment proposals and manage foreign currency payments
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain VAT compliance across European and UK entities
• Support and manage Yokoy and Zip credit card processes
• Lead data-heavy, technology-focused accounting initiatives using AI and automation tools
• Collaborate with Finance and Engineering teams to implement new financial tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in SaaS or international environments
• Proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with AP, P2P, and business expense tools (Yokoy, Concur, or Expensify)
• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and cross-border tax considerations
• English fluency required; German is a strong plus
• Experience with first ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Dynamics)

Preferred Qualifications

• Austrian Bilanzbuchhalter qualification or willingness to obtain it
• Knowledge of per diem and reimbursement regulations across multiple countries
• Demonstrated AI literacy to enhance productivity and decision-making
