Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close processes for assigned multi-unit restaurant clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationship management and financial communication
• Review balance sheet reconciliations, P&L preparation, and variance analysis
• Oversee and delegate tasks to offshore teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Identify process inefficiencies and maintain updated SOPs to support scalable operations

Requirements

• Multi-unit restaurant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Strong expertise in month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
• Experience with at least two ERPs (Restaurant365 experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, delegate, and review work across distributed teams
