Accounts Payable Accountant

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP processing in NetSuite and Ramp, including invoice intake, GL coding, and payment execution
• Manage month-end close for AP-related accounts including accounts payable, prepaids, and accruals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and cross-functional AP inquiries
• Manage corporate card and expense reconciliations in Brex
• Identify and drive process improvements using automation and AI tooling to increase efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required)
• Hands-on experience with Ramp (required)
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP, GL coding, and month-end close
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech-enabled company
• Familiarity with Brex
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
