Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and expense claims across all Group entities in AccountsIQ
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs across multiple currencies
• Support weekly cashflow forecasting and month-end close activities
• Maintain accurate purchase ledger and perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments for general bookkeeping
• Assist with bank reconciliations and fixed asset register maintenance
• Manage supplier onboarding and respond to supplier queries

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in accounts payable or finance operations
• Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables
• High degree of numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multi-entity payment cycles
• Clear communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-entity / multi-currency environments
• Familiarity with AccountsIQ
• Bookkeeping experience in any capacity
• Background in financial services, wealth management, or professional services
• Understanding of international payment processing and inter-company accounting
