Accounts Receivable Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of GAAP and Yum! Accounting Policies for KFC US AR accounting
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and SOX control requirements
• Facilitate period and quarterly reporting for KFC US
• Assist in revising sales provided by franchisees to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Oversee monitoring of bank activity and recording manual payments
• Support External/Internal Audit requests and SOX Peer Reviews
• Identify process improvement opportunities with IT and management
• Oversee Krise and AR JDE system administration for KFC US
• Perform new customer setup and monthly billings for Byte Engage
• Prepare and support miscellaneous YUM corporate billings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in public or private industry accounting
• Proficiency with JDE and Microsoft products (Excel Pivot tables, vLookup)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a large company
• Experience in the QSR or retail environment
