Accounts Receivable and Revenue Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and contractual performance on studies
• Maintain relationship and act as liaison between clinical team and Sponsor/CRO
• Verify and update study budgets
• Invoice and apply payments from Sponsor/CRO
• Reconcile study throughout
• Conduct Month-End processes including revenue recognition and AR reporting
• Prepare and follow up on Accounts Receivable Statements
• Maintain accountability for DSO and invoicing metrics
• Perform financial analysis and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Experience in Clinical Research preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and drug development services preferred
• Understanding of CRIO CTMS preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret contract payment terms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
