Accounts Receivable Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining revenue dashboards and performance snapshots for internal reporting
• Support preparation of monthly revenue packs with breakdowns by entity, adviser, and provider
• Maintain and update key revenue and collections trackers, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Monitor performance against targets and flag shortfalls or risks to the AR Manager
• Perform actual vs forecast analysis on revenue and cash collections, identifying and explaining variances
• Investigate differences between expected and actual receipts, providing clear commentary on timing delays and pipeline movement
• Track pipeline vs cash conversion, highlighting delays in provider payments or internal processing gaps
• Ensure alignment between internal trackers and resolve discrepancies where identified

Requirements

• 1–3 years' experience in accounts receivable, revenue, or finance analytics role
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Experience with cloud-based accounting software (AccountsIQ experience is a plus)
• Currently Dubai-based with demonstrable experience working in Dubai
• Excellent written and spoken English with high standards of clarity and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services or wealth management
• Interest in studying towards AAT, ACCA Foundations, or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment
• Familiarity with commission-based revenue processes or provider statement reconciliation
• Exposure to month-end reporting cycles and management reporting
• Understanding of basic accounting principles including double-entry bookkeeping and accruals
