Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's end-to-end accounts receivable function across all legal entities and profit centres
• Manage a hybrid team of onshore (Dubai) and offshore (India) AR Associates
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, timely provider reconciliation, and efficient cash collection
• Oversee preparation of revenue dashboards, reporting packs, and forecasts
• Maintain rigorous control over debtor balances and aged receivables
• Liaise with advisers, providers, and internal stakeholders on revenue and collections matters

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue management
• Financial services or wealth management background
• Dubai-based with proven track record of working in Dubai
• Team management experience including offshore resources
• Multi-entity and multi-currency environment experience
• Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (AccountsIQ preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with commission-based revenue structures
• Experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore finance teams
