Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full accounts receivable cycle across all Group entities, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and timely collection
  • Lead and develop a hybrid AR team comprising onshore (Dubai) and offshore (India) associates
  • Oversee provider reconciliations to ensure commission statements align with internal records
  • Manage revenue dashboards, reporting packs, and cash receipt forecasting
  • Maintain rigorous trackers for revenue, pipeline, and collections to monitor performance against KPIs
  • Liaise with advisers, providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated collection issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue management
  • Essential experience within financial services or wealth management
  • Must be currently Dubai-based with a proven local track record
  • Demonstrable experience managing teams, including offshore resources
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent)
  • Experience with AccountsIQ or similar cloud-based accounting systems
  • Familiarity with commission-based revenue structures
