Job description

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and manage end-to-end ad stacks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
  • Analyze publisher inventory to implement layout and stack adjustments that maximize revenue and yield.
  • Drive product adoption by ensuring publishers fully activate all applicable PubGuru technology features.
  • Design custom optimization strategies and provide revenue consulting to identify growth opportunities in new markets and niches.
  • Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual performance reviews, translating complex data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Monitor daily partner health by tracking critical metrics like CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM to resolve fluctuations.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure strict compliance with Google policies and maintain flawless impression tracking.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical errors.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops, Technical Account Management, or programmatic Customer Success.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written) for client management and internal collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn complex data into executive-level summaries.
  • Experience with programmatic sell-side operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or DSPs.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, or header bidding technologies.
  • Familiarity with traffic acquisition tools like Active Campaign.
