Job description

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, and manage end-to-end ad stacks within Google Ad Manager (GAM) and header bidding environments.
  • Analyze publisher inventory to implement layout and stack adjustments that maximize revenue and yield.
  • Drive product adoption by ensuring all applicable PubGuru technology features are fully activated for partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews (weekly, monthly, and annual) to identify macro trends and explain revenue shifts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to LATAM publishers, translating complex programmatic data into actionable business growth strategies.
  • Perform daily quality checks on placements and monitor critical metrics like CPM, Page RPM, and Session RPM.
  • Audit publisher sites and demand partners to ensure strict compliance with Google policies and prevent ad interruptions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and technical support to troubleshoot complex technical errors or anomalies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops, Technical Account Management, or programmatic Customer Success.
  • Deep, practical knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English (verbal and written) for client communication and internal collaboration.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear executive summaries.
  • Experience working within header bidding environments.
