Responsibilities

• Produce ad variations across static formats using existing Figma templates
• Resize, adapt, and iterate on existing ads with new copy treatments and image swaps
• Adapt master ad templates for 30+ partner brands using custom Figma plugins
• Review and QA output, adjusting spacing and typography to meet brand rules
• Produce simple motion treatments and animated statics for Reels and short-form ads

Requirements

• Solid Figma skills including precision in layer naming and component structure
• Experience producing social media ads in a performance marketing or agency context
• Ability to manage multiple active projects quickly and organized
• Strong eye for detail regarding typography and spacing
• Motion-capable for producing simple animated statics and short-form motion treatments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meta ads
• Familiarity with design ops workflows or multi-brand templating systems
• Ability to work across time zones with overlap into buying team hours
