Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Draft, proofread, and send correspondence including emails and reports
- Maintain and organise digital files, databases, and documentation systems
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating internal systems
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on behalf of the team
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Matric certificate required; diploma in Business Administration or similar preferred
