Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to managers and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence including emails and reports
  • Maintain and organise digital files, databases, and documentation systems
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and updating internal systems
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on behalf of the team
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Experience with project management or collaboration tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Matric certificate required; diploma in Business Administration or similar preferred
