Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
- Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and records
- Assist with data entry into internal systems and spreadsheets
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handle ad hoc tasks and support projects as directed
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support or office assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Matric certificate required; relevant diploma preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace or project management tools is advantageous
