Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members across the business
  • Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date
  • Assist with data entry, capturing information into internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments on administrative matters
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and support projects as directed by management

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated and dependable when working independently in a remote setting
  • Matric certificate required; relevant diploma is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Workspace or project management tools
