Job description

Responsibilities

  • Upload documents to member files
  • Enter data into member files
  • Generate barcodes to catalog documents
  • Perform tasks related to sorting member information
  • Evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
  • Meet productivity standards and navigate various tools to validate transactions
  • Assist with special projects as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
