Job description

Responsibilities

  • Upload documents into member files
  • Enter data into member records
  • Generate barcodes for document cataloging
  • Sort relevant information for members
  • Critically evaluate received data to identify errors, inconsistencies, and omissions
  • Meet productivity standards based on learning curve
  • Use various tools to validate transaction feasibility
  • Assist with special projects as requested

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of administrative experience (asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Tech-savvy with good digital literacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and French

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate English level for analyzing bilingual documentation and writing reports/emails
  • Proven ability to manage time and multitask to meet SLAs
