Job description

Responsibilities

  • Research permit requirements using internal databases, AI tools, and direct government resources
  • Make outbound calls to U.S. government offices to verify requirements and follow up on permit submissions
  • Build and track permit-related tasks from start to finish
  • Coordinate with customers to collect required documents and information
  • Submit permit applications through government portals and handle follow-up questions
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation throughout each project

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, BPO, Virtual Assistant, or Operations role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency using AI tools and manual verification processes
  • Reliable equipment: Intel Core i5 processor or better, minimum 8GB RAM, stable internet with backup, and noise-canceling headset
  • Ability to work the night shift (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM local time) to align with U.S. business hours
