Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from campus and university partnerships
  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective students regarding programs, tuition, and funding
  • Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess student goals and fit
  • Set accurate expectations for student success in certification-focused programs
  • Maintain accurate student records and outreach cadence in the CRM
  • Represent ACI Tech Academy with integrity in all student and partner interactions
  • Participate in occasional evening or weekend engagement events

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or consultative roles
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • CRM discipline and strong organizational habits
  • Professional communication skills and personal accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience advising self-pay or consumer-financed students
  • Familiarity with VA Education Benefits
  • Background in higher education or academic partnership environments
