Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules to support high volumes of inbound calls, texts, and emails
• Achieve individual and team enrollment goals
• Identify program candidates using enrollment criteria
• Use motivational interviewing (MI) techniques to encourage intake attendance
• Schedule intake appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools
• Coordinate with counselors and clinical staff to facilitate seamless intake
• Suggest improvements in operations, messaging, or strategy

Requirements

• 2+ years of consistent recovery OR experience in behavioral health
• Previous goal-driven work experience
• High school diploma or higher education preferred
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private home office
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• High comfort level with technology (EMR, Slack, Google Suite)
• Ability to work full-time with potential evening/weekend availability
