Job description

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound and inbound calls to set appointments and conduct interviews with prospective learners
  • Guide applicants through the Discover, Commit, and Start Application journey
  • Maintain compliance and accreditation standards during the enrollment process
  • Generate leads through referrals and track correspondence in the appropriate system
  • Update and maintain learner records in the Learner Management System (LMS)
  • Review required documentation and assessment results to determine admission suitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide high-level service to enrolling learners

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of College Admissions experience
  • 3-5 years of Sales or Recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience with CRM and SIS systems
  • Familiarity with FERPA
