Job description

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective students via phone and email to set up information sessions
  • Conduct interviews to gauge interest, area of study, and availability
  • Evaluate prospective students based on needs, qualifications, and motivations
  • Maintain accurate enrollment paperwork and data entry in compliance with regulations
  • Refer students to Student Finance or other appropriate departments
  • Follow all admissions criteria and federal/state compliance requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education, customer service, or sales
  • Ability to work a West Coast schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
  • Home office setup with high-speed internet and ability to be on camera

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 3 years of direct sales or customer service experience
  • Typing speed of 40+ WPM
