Admissions Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact potential students via phone and email to set up information sessions
• Conduct interviews with prospective students to gauge interest and area of study
• Evaluate prospective students based on needs, qualifications, and motivations
• Maintain accurate enrollment paperwork and data entry in compliance with regulations
• Refer students to Student Finance or other appropriate departments
• Follow all federal, state, and accrediting agency compliance requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, customer service, or sales
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
• Strong customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage work time effectively and meet performance metrics
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Home office setup with high-speed internet and ability to be on camera

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher
• 3 years of direct sales or customer service experience
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
