Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for advertisers and ensure service quality;
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell of additional products, new solutions, and premium placements;
  • Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
  • Ensure correct technical setup and integrations (tracking, promo codes, feeds, basic API understanding);
  • Oversee publisher and promo code moderation according to internal SLAs;
  • Manage reconciliations, validations, and invoicing in coordination with Finance;
  • Monitor program health, performance, and overdue actions;
  • Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards;
  • Communicate proactively with advertisers (email and calls).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Proven ability to sell additional products and placements;
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms;
  • Good understanding of technical integrations;
  • High level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach;
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
