Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with families to support them throughout the enrollment journey
  • Guide prospective students and families through the enrollment process with clarity and urgency
  • Monitor family engagement and proactively address enrollment barriers
  • Own daily communication via phone, text, email, and tickets
  • Conduct proactive outreach and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Educate families on school programs, requirements, and educational options
  • Maintain precise, actionable records of conversations and enrollment progress
  • Meet or exceed enrollment, responsiveness, and productivity goals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of sales, admissions, enrollment, or customer service experience
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and task tools like Asana
  • Ability to maintain a private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace
  • Willingness to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of education-related experience
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Asana
  • Fluency in Spanish
